We stopped here for a midday meal while visiting Skiathos. The guy at the entrance recommended this place as a best place for a best local kebab.
He offered us a small table in the shadow outside as it was quite sunny and hot day. We placed an order. Soon after we received our drinks. It was a bit of time, maybe 20min to wait for a meal. It would be nice to know on the beginning about the waiting time.
Food was very tasty and warm enough to enjoy. Thank you for the service received.- Είδος γεύματος

Absolutely amazing experience at Mam Souvlaki Skiathos! I had the chicken gyro pita and it was so, so good – definitely a must eat when you’re in Skiathos. The flavor is 10/10, super tasty and authentic. The service was fantastic, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is nice and perfect for enjoying a delicious meal. I’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommended!

Best gyro (try the kebab in pita) and the best prices. No matter what time of day, super nice and great service. Not sure if they sleep but this duo always greets you with the biggest smiles.

We visited Mam Souvlaki daily across two trips to Skiathos in 2024 and 2025, and it quickly became our favourite spot on the island. The food is consistently fresh, tasty, and excellent value – the souvlaki is a must, but honestly everything we tried was great. What really makes Mam Souvlaki stand out, though, is the staff. They are welcoming, friendly, and always happy to make you feel at home. Even after coming back a year later, we were remembered and treated like old friends. If you’re in Skiathos and want delicious food with genuine Greek hospitality, Mam Souvlaki is the place to go. We can’t wait to return on our next visit!- Είδος γεύματος

I eat all of Greece and can say for the location price and flavour this was a great pork gyro. Not oily, sauce was great and meat was excellent. Definitely one of the best in the island.

Super good food for av dry great price, we ( four people) ate a dinner for 30 € which is an amazing price considering many places nearby cost much more. Very kind workers who cares greatly about their customers. After one visit they remembered things such as the drinks we prefer and allergies we have. They really have the best gyros and servers in town. We greatly recommend!

I was expecting the XL Gyros to be bigger than what I received. Still, the food was delicious so it deserves a 5 stars ^^.

In the city, the best made pita gyros for sure. The guy in front recommended it. For sure the best texture and taste of meat in the center. Full recommendation regarding quality of food

The food was really good and the portions were big. It's on the main street so it can be a little noisy. The waiter was friendly and we had a chat. Our experience was great.
